Unleash Your Creativity at Our Generative Art Workshops This Weekend!

Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well and creatively inspired!

This is a quick update about our two workshops running on Saturday and Sunday! Whether you're new to generative art or looking to expand your skills, there's something for everyone this weekend.

๐Ÿ“… Upcoming Workshops

Intro to Generative Art

Date: May 25th
Time: 3p - 6p

Back by popular demand, this introductory workshop is perfect for those new to generative art. Weโ€™ll cover the basics and get you started on creating your own unique pieces.

Next Steps in Generative Art

Date: May 26th
Time: 3p - 6p

Due to requests from past participants, we've added this new workshop aimed at those ready to delve deeper. Explore advanced techniques, work with different materials, and experiment with various forms of randomness to push the boundaries of your creativity.

๐Ÿ“ Venue

Both workshops will be held at the Gerrard Art Space (GAS) in Little India, Toronto. The closest intersection is Coxwell and Gerrard. The atmosphere at GAS is vibrant and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for our creative sessions.

๐Ÿ’ฒ Cost and Materials

- Single Workshop: $50
- Both Workshops: $90
- Pay What You Can: Just email me at [email protected]. We will find a way for everyone who wants to participate to be at the workshops.

All materials will be provided this time to ensure you have everything you need and to keep things simple. Youโ€™ll leave with your own creations made during the workshops!

 ๐Ÿค Share the Creativity

Know someone who might be interested? Please spread the word! We love seeing new faces and sharing the joy of generative art with as many people as possible. Your support in promoting these workshops is greatly appreciated.

๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ What is Generative Art?

One of the frequent questions we receive is whether our workshops involve artificial intelligence. They do not. Our focus is on generative art as defined by pioneering artists like Vera Molnar from the 1960s. Itโ€™s all about exploring creativity through structured randomness and patterns, without the need for AI.
